What happens after I apply for a job?
Once you apply for a Job on workingdubai.com your application will be sent to the respective employer. Your application will be screened and if it is shortlisted the employer will get in touch with you. They will do so on the Working Dubai platform or may get in touch with your personally (via – email or phone)
How does the recruitment process work long distance?
The employers would get in touch with you directly via email or phone call. If you are required to fly down to meet with the prospective employer, please make sure there is an understanding between both parties when it comes to covering travel expenses. Working Dubai will not be responsible for any agreements made between both parties.
How do I update my resume or make changes to my information on the database?
You can edit your resume at any time by logging into your profile with your credentials
What is the minimum age limit to work in Dubai ?
The minimum working age is 18 years. However the law in UAE also permits a 15-year-old to work with some strict rules about what type of work they can do and the hours they can work and parental/guardian permission is required.
What is the maximum age limit to work in Dubai ?
Previously the age limit was 60, or 65 for selected professions. Now expatriates can renew their labor cards/ work permit up to the age of 65 (or 70 for a selected list of professions)
How do I update my Profile Picture
You can update your profile picture on the Account Settings page once you are logged in to your Working Dubai account.
How will I be notified if an employer is interested?
Employers can get in touch with you through e-mail or over the phone, which is why we strongly recommend keeping your contact information up-to-date at all times.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
To reset your password click on the “Forgot Password” button on the Login page.
Type your email address that you used to create your user account and click on “Submit” Then follow the easy steps as the email explains.
